To apply for membership you can click here. You will receive an email in 1-12 hours which will give you access to your login page and you can immediately use our US Address to shop online.

Can I start using my address right away?

Yes! Once you receive your membership confirmation, you can start shopping using our address.

Please ensure all your shipments include the facility address and the suite number. Any packages shipped to us with an incomplete or inaccurate address will cause delays and require special handing at a fee.

How do I use my address?

You can use your TriSurBra address as the "Shipping Address" whenever you buy from US and UK stores.

Why is my login information not working?

If you are unable to log into your account, please:

• Ensure you are using the correct password

• Check if your password is case sensitive

• Check if you are using an updated version of your browser

If you are still unable to login, contact support to request a password change.

What is TriSurBra Plus, and what are its benefits?

TriSurBra Plus allows you to share your account with friends and/or family at a small fee per year, for these benefits:

• One shared account

• One address

• No duplicated membership fees

• Shares access to discounted shipping

• Combine your shipments to save even more

There is no limit to how many people you can add. You can add or remove people at anytime.

What is the TriSurBra Refer Program?

The refer a friend program is a referral promotion that allows members to refer friends and earn exclusive rewards. When you refer a friend to us, you and your friend both benefit:

• You: When your friend you referred ships for the first time, you'll receive a 15USD credit to your account. This credit can be used towards future shipments.

• Your Friend: The friend you referred to us will enjoy 20% their first shipment.

Does TriSurBra receive mail (letters)?

No. The addresses are to be used for packages only. Postal mail sent to the addresses will be refused and returned to the sender.
