When will I receive my packages?

Once your items are received at our facility or facility partners in Florida, and you have created a shipping request, you will have several shipping options with their estimated time frames and prices to choose from. Based on your selection, you will receive your items within the estimated time frame shown below:

• DHL: 8-14 days

• FedEx: 9-20 days

• UPS Worldwide: 9-15 days

While we strive to provide the best estimates, many factors pay delay or impact delivery time.

How can I save money on shipping?

There are multiple ways to save on shipping rates:

• Saving through consolidation

• Refer a friend program

How does package consolidation work?

Shipping multiple packages overseas directly from online stores is very costly. With our consolidation service, we bundle multiple of y our packages and ship it to you as a single package, saving you hugely on international shipping rates.

Premium and Business members receive free package consolidation, while standard free members can request consolidation at a small fee. As per-pound shipping rates decrease as the box weight increases, it is almost always to your benefit to ship one large box instead of several small boxes.

Does repacking save me money?

Yes, many stores pack your items in boxes that can be too large, not properly prepared or have unneeded weight to it. We take extra time to ensure all your items are properly repacked for international shipping. Our repackaging service is free for Premium and Business members. It will save you money in extra weight cost, and also helps ensure your purchases are not damaged during transport.

What international carriers do we use?

We use DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Your carrier options will vary, depending on the country and the weight/size of the shipment.

Items that require special handling, like dangerous goods and televisions, can influence carrier options available for your shipment.

Are duties and taxes included in final fee?

Yes. The final fee includes all duties and taxes. If you were asked to pay duties or taxes, please show us your receipt and we will credit the amount to your account.

Please note: UK suites have different duty and tax requirements than US suites. Import duty payments may be required for your items to be delivered from the merchant to your UK suite. If any of these duties apply, the amounts will be invoiced through your account.

How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment via our "Track Shipment" page.

Can I ship magazines and catalogs?

No. We do not provide international shipping for magazines and catalogs.

What is an oversized shipping fee?

A package is considered oversized if any side is over 40" in length and overweight if the package is 150 lbs or more, dimensional or actual weight. Package oversized and overweight will incur an oversized shipping fee. This fee is necessary to cover the additional handling and logistical requirements for processing and delivering these larger packages with DHL.
